Terms of Service
These terms govern purchases and use of WILL-UM services provided by Biz world Consultants LLC.
Services and scope
Each purchase covers only the deliverables listed for that service or in a written approved quote. Timelines begin after payment and receipt of all required files, approvals, and account access.
Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. One-time services are charged when ordered. Content Factory subscriptions renew monthly through PayPal until canceled. Third-party filing, advertising, platform, and collection-service fees are separate unless expressly included.
Artist materials and approvals
You confirm that you have permission to provide and use all music, vocals, artwork, names, likenesses, and other materials submitted to WILL-UM. You remain responsible for approving final creative work, credits, release details, and platform submissions.
No outcome guarantees
WILL-UM does not guarantee copyright registration approval, playlist placement, streams, followers, virality, revenue, or royalties recovered. We guarantee only the stated process, humanization work, filing preparation, vetting, reporting, registrations, and delivery.
Ownership
After full payment, you retain ownership of your submitted materials and receive the delivered files described in your order. WILL-UM retains its pre-existing systems, templates, processes, and general know-how. Third-party tools and platforms remain subject to their own terms.
Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized content, or ask WILL-UM to buy fake streams, use bots, engage in payola, misrepresent authorship, or violate a platform’s rules.
Service limits
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, WILL-UM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform decisions, account restrictions, third-party outages, rights disputes, or customer-provided information. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Updates
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
