Refund Policy
Our services involve reserved production time and custom digital work. This policy explains when refunds or credits may apply.
Before work begins
If you cancel before production, outreach, filing preparation, registration, or content work begins, contact us promptly. We will review the order for a refund, less any nonrecoverable third-party charges already incurred.
After work begins
Custom service payments are generally nonrefundable once work has started. If WILL-UM cannot provide a purchased deliverable, we may offer a replacement, reasonable service credit, partial refund, or full refund for the undelivered portion.
Spotify Safety Pack promise
The promise applies to the guaranteed curator-listen and written-feedback process. If the stated process is not completed within the promised period, the eligible curator credit is refunded. Playlist placement, streams, and audience growth are not guaranteed.
Third-party fees
Copyright filing fees, advertising spend, platform fees, and other third-party charges are nonrefundable once submitted or spent, unless the third party issues a refund.
Requesting review
Email us within seven days of the issue with your name, order date, service purchased, and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
