Subscription Cancellation Policy

Content Factory is the only recurring WILL-UM service currently offered through PayPal.

Standalone Content Factory

The standalone plan is $149 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Cancel through your PayPal automatic-payments or subscriptions settings before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.

Current billing period

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or custom work already started. Deliverables already in production remain governed by the Refund Policy.

$397 bundle customers

The Discovery to Dollars Bundle includes the first 30 days of Content Factory. Buying the bundle does not automatically enroll you in the monthly subscription. Near day 30, WILL-UM will send the optional $149/month subscription link. Subscribe only if you want service to continue.

Help canceling

If you cannot locate the cancellation controls in PayPal, contact us before your renewal date. Include the subscriber name and PayPal email used for the purchase.
